Product Description

ACEY-5000D lithium battery pack spot welding machine adopts an industrial-grade modular intelligent control platform, capable of automatically detecting and analyzing welding defects such as spark splash, false welding, weak welding, and missing welds, with real-time alarm functions. This effectively improves welding consistency, enhances product quality, and increases production efficiency.


The battery spot welder machine is well suited for small-batch and flexible production requirements. It supports the assembly of cylindrical battery cells including 18650, 21700, 26650, and similar models, and is compatible with nickel and nickel-plated steel strips. The equipment is widely used for battery pack manufacturing in applications such as e-bikes, scooters, electric motorcycles, and other light electric vehicles.
